Construction and discrete processing of screw extruder based on three-dimensional spiral model

Abstract A method used to create products by forming an extruded shape or forcing material through a die or orifice that uses an extruder to produce a semi-finished or finished product. The Spiral 3D model of screw extruder causes unstable production in cable insulation. This productivity instability is caused by the pulsating pressure gradient of the molten polymer in the melding tool at the extruder. The frequency of the pressure pulsation of the molten polymer in the dosing zone is based on the boundaries of statistical processing and the screw speed. This system provides instant production stability between insulation applications, increases the regularity of insulation core diameter, and ensures the performance of the final manufactured cable's predefined service quality parameters.
