Concentric type traction transformer with four coaxial split windings

2013
The utility model discloses a concentric type traction transformer with four coaxial split windings. The fully-split structural mode that the four primary side windings correspond to secondary side windings respectively is adopted, the three-phase concentric type traction transformer with the four coaxial split windings is totally provided with twelve primary side windings and twelve secondary side windings, and all the primary side windings and all the secondary side windings are arranged in an axial direction. The concentric type traction transformer has the advantages that due to the fact that the fully-split structure is adopted in the four windings, the secondary side windings are less mutually affected, decoupling is good, and all the secondary side winding can independently work and can work simultaneously; the transformer is suitable for being made into a high-impedance transformer, and is remarkable in the functions of limiting short-circuit currents and eliminating harmonic filtering; compared with four independent transformers or two transformers with two split windings, the transformer has the advantages of being small in size, small in occupied area and low in manufacturing cost.
