Design and Experimental Verification of Heightening the TJQZ-T Spherical Bearings by Injection

This paper introduces the principle and advantages of TJQZ-T,a spherical bearing which the height of it can be heightened by injection.Earlier,finite element analysis was used in the simulation analysis of the key components of TJQZ-T.This paper also introduces the principle and advantages of the sealed structure,and evaluates its economic benefits.Further,the paper introduces the design of experiment scheme of heightening the spherical steel bearing,and analyzes the performance parameters of this kind of bearing before heightening and after heightening.The experiments had verified the feasibility of heightening spherical bearing structure,and could lay a good foundation for wide application of this kind of spherical bearing..
