Automatic working system, charging station and method for intelligent lawn mower to return to charging station

An automatic working system and charging station (4), comprising: an intelligent lawn mower (1) moving and mowing autonomously within a working area (5), and a charging station (4) for docking and charging the intelligent lawn mower (1); the charging station (4) comprises: a charging stand (45), charging electrode plates (9a, 9b, 9c, 9d, 9e) mounted on the charging stand (45); the intelligent lawn mower (1) comprises: a housing; charging connectors (10a, 10b, 10c, 10d, 10e) arranged on a side surface of the housing. When in a docking position for docking with charging station (4), the intelligent lawn mower (1) engages with the charging electrode plates (9a, 9b, 9c, 9d, 9e) to receive electric power; when the intelligent lawn mower (1) is in the docking position, the charging stand (45) is located on a side of the intelligent lawn mower (1), and the charging station (4) opens in the fore-aft direction of the intelligent lawn mower (1) to form a passage for the intelligent lawn mower (1) to enter and exit the charging station (4) approximately along a same direction. The present automatic working system allows the intelligent lawn mower (1) to leave the charging station (4) in the direction of entry, without having to reverse.
