Morphofunctional condition of peripheral blood cells was studied using computerized vital phase morphometry in children with acute lymphoblastic leukemia who underwent program polychemotherapy plus additional per-oral treatment with Lysozime-containing biosystems. Multifactor analysis of optical-and-geometric indices of living Т-lymphocytes and neutrophilic granulocytes was carried out to characterize their structural-and-volumetric and functional properties. Features of morphofunctional cell status of congenital and adaptive immunity in acute lymphoblastic leukemia were revealed, and correlations with indices of traditional immunogram were determined. Immunomodulating effect of Bifilyz and of its associations with Na-nucleinate and Na-lactusan were noted. Expediency of applying the computerized phase morphometry express-method in child oncohematology was substantiated.
