The Quick Characterization for Group Composition of Deasphalted Residue Oil by High Performance Liquid Chromatography With Evaporative Light Scattering Detector

2011
A quick method for characterization of group composition in deasphalted residue oil by high performance liquid chromatography with evaporative light scattering detector was developed. By using the technique of valve switching and gradient elution, the groups of deasphalted residue oil were separated with hexane and dichloromethane as the mobile phase. The samples of saturates, aromatics and resins collected through solid phase extraction technique were used as"standard sample",in order to establish external standard calibration to quantitatively determine all groups. The result deviation compared with SH/T0509 method was small. The improved method was fast, efficient, with good reproducibility and high degree of automation, and can apply to rapid determination of group composition of residue oil.
