Driver assistance system for controlling a light emission of a vehicle-mounted headlamp system

2016
The present invention relates to a driver assistance system for controlling a light emission of a lamp device, comprising: at least a headlight (1, 1 ') with a pixel light system (2, 2'), a relative to the headlight (in a predetermined position of at least 1, 1 ' ) disposed environment detection means (4), an environment analysis means (6), (with the data of the environment detection device 4) can be evaluated to at which position (relative to the environment detecting device 4) or to the one spotlight (at least 1, 1 ') objects (7) of the vehicle (3) are in the detected environment (5), and control means (8) which is adapted to the light emission of the pixel light-system (2, 2,') of at least one headlamp ( 1, 1 ') to control such that recognized at least one (in the environment 5) of the vehicle (3) object (7) by means of light of the pixel light-system (2, 2' can be illuminated). Further, the driver assistance device comprises a to a predeterminable position on the vehicle (3) arranged driver-monitoring device (10) for detecting a viewing direction (13) of a driver (11), a driver observation evaluation device (12) for evaluating the data of the driver-monitoring device (10) for detecting the viewing direction (13) of the driver (11), and said control means (8) is adapted to the light emission of the pixel light-system (2, 2 ') of at least one headlight (1, 1') to control in such a way that the detected at least one in the area (5) of the vehicle (3) object (7) then and only then by means of light of the pixel light-system (2) is lit or is illuminated enhanced when the detected viewing direction (13) of the driver (11) in the direction of the object (7) has.
