O presente texto e um recorte da pesquisa desenvolvida com o objetivo geral de mapear e compreender quais as concepcoes do brincar na Educacao Infantil, especificamente na creche, sao discutidas em teses e dissertacoes, produzidas em programas de pos graduacao em educacao. A investigacao, com abordagem quanti-qualitativa, do tipo estado do conhecimento, teve como fonte para obtencao dos dados o site da Biblioteca Digital de Teses e Dissertacoes. A busca foi norteada pelo recorte temporal do periodo de 1999 a 2018 e usando os descritores: brincar(es), brincadeira(s), ludicidade/ludico, brinquedo, jogos, creche, bercario cruzados com os termos: educacao infantil, creche e educacao da primeirissima infância. O trabalho de selecao e organizacao dos textos encontrados resultou em um numero final de quatro producoes (dissertacoes) que atenderam a todos os criterios estabelecidos, compondo assim o material de analise. A partir do tratamento reflexivo dos dados e possivel indicar a quase inexistencia de pesquisas envolvendo o brincar que tenha como contexto a creche. Acreditamos que nossos dados denunciam o descaso ainda sofrido pela creche quando se trata de uma abordagem educacional/pedagogica envolvendo suas praticas cotidianas tambem nos trabalhos academicos; bem como certa desvalorizacao do brincar no espaco de atendimento a primeirissima infância. ABSTRACT  The present text is an excerpt of the research developed with the general objective of mapping and understanding what the conceptions of playing in Early Childhood Education, specifically in the nursery, are discussed in theses and dissertations, produced in graduate programs in education. The investigation, with a quanti-qualitative approach, of the state of knowledge type, had the Digital Library of Theses and Dissertations website as source of data. The search was guided by the time frame of the period from 1999 to 2018 and using the descriptors: play (s), play (s), playfulness / playfulness, toys, games, daycare, nursery crossed with the terms: early childhood education, daycare and education of very early childhood. The selection and organization of the texts found resulted in a final number of four productions (dissertations) that met all the established criteria, thus composing the analysis material. From the reflective treatment of the data, it is possible to indicate the almost inexistence of research involving play that has the nursery as a context. We believe that our data reveal the neglect still suffered by the daycare center when it comes to an educational / pedagogical approach involving its daily practices also in academic works; as well as a certain devaluation of playing in the very early childhood care space.
