The invention provides a manual polyurea, as well as a preparation method and use thereof. The manual polyurea comprises a component A and a component B at a weight ratio of (2:1)-(5:1), wherein the component A comprises the following components in parts by weight: 20-70 parts of aromatic isocyanate, 5-60 parts of steric hindrance ammoniate, 20-85 parts of polyether polyol and 1-5 parts of active diluent carbonic acid; the component B comprises the following components in parts by weight: 48-93 parts of steric hindrance ammoniate, 5-50 parts of filler, 2-4 parts of auxiliary and 1-3 parts of pigment. The invention further discloses a preparation method of the manual polyurea. The manual polyurea provided by the invention is scientific and reasonable in formulation, and the preparation method is simple and easy to realize; the gelation time is prolonged by the manual polyurea while the dynamic performance is guaranteed, so that the manual painting in narrow and complex environment can be realized.
