Human Leucocyte Antigen G and Decidual Lympholeukocyte

2006
Human leucocyte antigen G(HLA-G)is a nonclassical HLA classⅠthat is characterized by a low polymorphism,tissue-restricted expression, and seven proteic isoforms(HLA-G1 to-G7) including membrane-bound HLA-G and soluble HLA-G.HLA-G can recognize its receptors which express on nature killer(NK) cells, then inhibit the killing(ability) of NK cells.Besides,HLA-G can also inhibit the proliferation of CD4~(+)T cells and induce the apoptosis of CD8~(+)T cells through multiple mechanisms. In this way,HLA-G plays a key role in maintaining human pregnancy.
