Private-Key Burst Correcting Code Encryption

1993
In this paper, a private-key encryption technique is proposed, which makes use of binary linear block burst-error-correcting codes and is based on the fact that such codes have an error control capacity related to bursts which is, in general, larger than its random error control capacity.
