Medical undergraduates participating in teachers' scientific research

This paper discussed the practical effects for culturing hands-on ability, research ability and creative ability of medical undergraduates during their participation in research work undertaken by teachers. In this paper, we expounded the principle and main type that the students took part in the work,and investigated the students who took part in the work. Most students ( 80.0% ) thought this promoted their interest and approved their ability in research practice and consulting literature.
