The aim of this study is to describe the NCI system (internal communication), which is a web solution to manage and mediate the internal flow of communication of a transparent and efficient way, using as a test the internal flow of the University Center Unisepe. Used latest technologies and methodologies in order to align the vision of the developers with users and managers.
