Studies of Asia unit planner: China (grades 3 and 4)

I wrote this Unit of Work with Year 3 and 4 students in mind, but I have also successfully taught this unit with students from Year 2. I found the Setting the Scene activity using the blank map particularly eye-opening as I had assumed that the students would have similar prior knowledge of Asia, but this activity showed me the incredible range of knowledge that I would be working with throughout the unit.
