The invention provides a flexible and adjustable boring cutter. The flexible and adjustable boring cutter comprises a cutter body, a compressing screw, a front guiding block, a blade, a fine boring unit, a rear guiding block and a straight pin. The cutter body is made of hard aluminum 7050, the cutter body is connected with a machine tool in a shaft shape, a protruding circular truncated cone is manufactured in the middle of the cutter body, the front guiding block is installed in front of the protruding circular truncated cone, and the rear guiding block is installed in rear of the protruding circular truncated cone. The fine boring unit is installed at the side end of the protruding circular truncated cone through a screw, and the blade is triangular and is installed in a cutter groove in the end of the fine boring unit through the compressing screw. The fine boring unit comprises a fixing body, a lifting rod, a hexagonal rotation body and a dial. The fixing body is embedded into the cutter body, the dial is installed on the surface of the outer portion of the fixing body, the hexagonal rotation body is in a hollow bolt shape, the outer surface of the hexagonal rotation body is in threaded connection with the fixing body, and the inner surface of the hexagonal rotation body is fixedly connected with the lifting rod. According to the flexible and adjustable boring cutter, the production efficiency of aviation assembly can be improved, the cost of the cutter is lowered, and the production intensity of operators is relieved.
