Ministério (e interesse) público: aproximações entre o perfil constitucional da instituição e o princípio da supremacia do interesse público no controle da função administrativa

The objective is to analyze the relationship between the new profile of the Public Ministry, enlarged after the Federal Constitution of 1988, with the principle of supremacy of public interest as fundamental guideline of the administrative function, focusing especially on the instruments which the prosecution has got to control Public Administration.
