La Zone à Actinocamax plenus dans le Domaine boréal. Eléments de comparaison de la limite Cénomanien-Turonien entre les Domaines boréal et téthysien

Abstract The distribution of index fossils in the Actinocamax plenus Zone of the Anglo-Paris Basin is reviewed, and the ammonite biostratigraphy in the vicinity of the Cenomanian-Turonian boundary is compared with recent records from Central Tunisia. Correlations between the Boreal and Tethyan realms are critically examined.
