The Development of Webtoon Non-Test Instrument as Education Media for the Users in Riau Province

The objective of this research is to develop non-test instrument or questionnaire to measure the evaluation of the use of online comic among the students of UPBJJ Universitas Terbuka Pekanbaru, and 2) to obtain the instrument validity and reliability. The research model used is developmental model using ADDIE design. The data were collected using online questionnaire of google form distributed to the users both students and community. The data that were collected were then analyzed descriptively using SPSS program version 23.00 for windows. The result of the data analysis of the validation indicated that the instrument developed is feasible. This is indicated by the mean percentage of the validity result of 82.75% with the category of very valid. Based on the empirical test, there were 34 valid questions with the mean correlation score of 0.792 with very high validity and reliability of 0.942. This result showed that this research and development produced webtoon non-test instrument which is valid and reliable.
