Large-scale photovoltaic power station reliability model and energy-yield sensitivity analysis

In this paper, three widely used architectures of photovoltaic power generation system are introduced firstly. Then, a complete and easy used reliability analysis model of photovoltaic power generation station based on Markov chain is proposed, and the energy yield of photovoltaic power plants is defined, which considers the reliability parameters of PV modules and inverters. Finally, the sensitivity of the energy yield and capacity of a large-scale photovoltaic power station on the reliability parameters of inverters and PV modules is analyzed.
