Epidemiological analysis of 418 cases measles

Objective To survey 2006.10-2011.10 in our area the prevalence of measles and grasp the epidemiological rules for the elimination of measles to provide the scientific basis.Methods The period 2006.10-2011.10 measles flow data was collated.Results 2006.10-2011.10 period 418 cases measles cases were reported.Each month throughout the year had the disease,mainly in the 5-7 month incidence of the month,accounting for 51.20%.Incidence of sex ratio 1.68∶1 the incidence of male ones.Disease mainly in children age 6-15 years old,a total of 323 cases,accounting for 77.27%,which accounted for 45.5% of school-age children 6-10 years old.Urban residents in 130 cases,accounted for 31.1%;Suburban and urban fringe 288 cases,accounted for 68.9%.Occupational distribution was in the majority of students,up to 277 cases(accounting for 66.27%).Conclusion The increased incidence of measles,measles surveillance should be strengthened and improved the system,vigorously carry out the vaccine will work,we can control and prevent measles epidemic.
