Экспериментальное обоснование защитного действия низкоинтенсивного лазерного излучения при почечной колике по данным электронной микроскопии

This investigation was aimed to estimate the influence of low-intensive laser irradiation at ultrastructures' changes in kidneys' tissue according electronic microscope's data in case of the experimental renal colic. The research was made on twenty rabbits where a single or recurrent colic were increased. Ten animals after a single colic were undergone the low intensive laser therapy. The results of electronic microscope's research showed that in case of a single renal colic the biggest ultrastructures' changes were revealed in proximal ductules. In case of recurrent colic the edema and destruction were more expressive in all nephron's parts. The low intensive laser irradiation lows pathologic processes in nephrocytes both after a single renal colic and after a recurrent renal colic. The low intensive laser irradiation also makes the influence on an organism in a whole, stimulates the compensatory processes in the contralateral kidney.
