Establishment and Implementation of Reservoir Protection Management System in Oil Production Enterprises

In recent years, the Fourth Oil Extraction Plant of PetroChina Hubei Oilfield Company, according to the low production and inefficient situation in the middle and late period of oil field development, puts forward a stratified management model based on the gradual improvement of water injection well network, well repair technology and automation facilities, and makes deep mining of oil well production. The plant starts from three aspects: ensuring production, increasing production and reducing the production affected by operation, and establishes various management systems. The oil wells are classified and screened, and the closed wells are groping and sorting. The potential wells are resumed. And the parameters of wells with high supplying capacity after water injection are adjusted to improve the production of a single one. Besides, for the wells remaining invariant after water injection, the depth of pump should be deepen to augment producing pressure differential. Two automatic alarm software and the “three levels of linkage” management method are used to discover abnormal and closed wells, recover them, and shorten the downtime. Management methods of working efficiency for operating oil well are established to set the time of every kinds of wells and examine strictly, which and reduce the production affected by operation. Through the management of oil production operation, the implementation of various measures has been ensured, and the management level of oil well is improved. The operation of oil well is increased, the effect of development has been improved, and obviously economic and social benefits have been obtained.
