Natural Flywheel Effect -- Urban Protection and Renewal of Jing County in Qingyi River Basin

According to the investigation results, Jing County in Qingyi River Basin has a series of problems, such as flood in rainy season, decline of ecological environment, slow development of traditional industries. These problems caused serious security issues and place risks on people’s health. Based on the collection and analysis on a large number of data, this paper puts forward a set of design scheme to improve the flexibility of rainfall and flood in the basin, revive the unique local cultural industry, and improve the quality of the ecological environment.
