Stereo terrazzo plate

The new-type stereo terrazzo slab is composed of chemical cementitous material including resin, accelerating agent and curing agent and natural pebbles with grain sizes of 0.2-0.5 cm or 0.5-5 cm according to the requirements of product. Its production process is as follows: firstly, the pebbles are mixed according to a certain specification and proportion, cleaned with clean water to remove dust and impurities, and dried at 60-100 deg.C, and then the dried pebbles and cementitous material (including resin, accelerating agent and curing agent) are mixed according to a certain proportion and uniformly stirred, and quickly poured into the mold, vibrated and solidified at normal temp., then the above-mentioned material solidified to 70% of required strength is cut into slab, then the slab material is polished with waterstone, and its product surface is polished by using facing agent or waxing.
