OBJECTIVE To evaluate the brand and the cultural construction in the hospital infection control in the role.METHODS Through the proposed a slogan: Hospital-wide collaboration of hospital infection control,holding activities like launching a Tiantan Newsletter of Infection Control,solicitation symbol of infection control collections,create the hospital infection brand.In the hospital infection control,its energetically advocated for participation,communication,service,incentive and propaganda in the culture.RESULTS Through the staff of the active and involved in promoting hand hygiene work development.The communication between each department resulted in CRBSI monitoring work improvement strengthened.Thematic sections of the form of training to provide services.Through the selection of Star of Infection Control and Tiantan Infection Control week,helped the Hospital establish a brand of infection control and cultural connotations.CONCLUSION The brand and culture construction in the management of hospital infection enhance the impact and execution of nosocomial infection control.All the staff realize the importance of nosocomial infection control from the activities of Tiantan infection control week.
