Анализ заболеваемости мозговым инсультом у населения города Энгельса

For achievement of a goal research of indicators of incidence of patients with a brain stroke during the period since 2008-2012 of Engels is conducted. Besides, the main indicators of use of bed fund by neurologic service of Engels are analysed. Own primary documents were studied: cards of a vykopirovka of data from medical records of the inpatient of the patients who had a stroke. During the conducted research annual statistical reports of the hospitals providing medical care by the patient in the postinsultny period in the conditions of specialized neurologic offices in forms No. 14 "Report on activity of a hospital" are analysed; 30 "Report of treatment-and-prophylactic institution". As a result of the conducted research it is established that the carried-out analysis testifies to increase in number of the treated patients by 30%, increase in work of bed fund and reduction of average duration of stay of patients in a hospital. The main category of patients – the persons who arrived according to the emergency indications, first of all – with sharp violation of brain blood circulation which over 30% make ischemic strokes.
