The invention relates to a measuring system for an electrical runout amount of a revolving body. The system comprise: a measurement support; a laser displacement sensor, which is installed on the measurement support and is used for aligning a measured revolving body to measure a relative displacement distance of a measured revolving body surface; a current vortex sensor, which is used for aligning the measured revolving body to measure a total indicated runout amount of the measured revolving body surface; and a hall sensor, which is used for aligning the measured revolving body and obtaininga rotation angle of the measured revolving body. Besides, a mark that is capable of being identified by the hall sensor is arranged on the measured revolving body; the laser displacement sensor, the current vortex sensor and the hall sensor are connected with a processor; the processor obtains an electrical runout amount by subtracting the relative displacement distance from the total indicated runout amount; the laser displacement sensor and the current vortex sensor are on a same circumference that is coaxial with the measured revolving body; and a linear that is formed by the hall sensor and the laser displacement sensor is in parallel with an axis of the measured revolving body. According to the invention, the system has advantages of on-line real-time measurement and high measuring precision and the like.
