A brighter winter

During heavy winter conditions, visibility of snowplows and winter maintenance vehicles can be difficult. Thus, the one facility in the Upper Peninsula (UP) of Michigan's Department of Transportation (MDOT) is working on the problem by adopting a new lighting system to apply to wing plows attached to its winter maintenance vehicles.
