IDENTIFICATION OF UNAUTHORIZED CAR USING VIDEO PROCESSING

The motive of the presented paper is to recognize the number plate character of the car. The Integrated Interface Recognition Device is a built-in real-time method to recognize the vehicle number automatically. In this we suggested introducing license plate recognition. Identifying the number plate of the car which is moving the is a difficult activity, due to the presence of vibration and varying lighting and angles. So the system execution with improved techniques and methods to identify license plate numbers correctly and efficiently. To this end, Automated Vehicle License Plate Detection is implemented in our research using KNN process, which accurately identifies the license plate. Preprocessing is the obvious first step here, which is achieved with the aid of a median approach to filtering. After preprocessing, the device will remove the license plate, depending on the license features, from the picture. With the help of the character segmentation approach, the license figures were recognized from the extracted license plate, further it is learned and accurately recognized by using the machine learning technique, that is called KNN classifier.
