Negative ion functional ink as well as preparation method and production method thereof

The invention relates to negative ion functional ink as well as a preparation method and a production method thereof. The preparation method comprises the steps: mixing and stirring a negative ion material, a solvent and a hyperdispersant in a weight ratio of (5-10): (83-92): (0.5-5) in a stirrer to obtain a mixture; sanding the stirred mixture in a sanding machine; filtering the sanded mixture obtained in the previous step so as to remove iron to obtain negative ion functional ink. The negative ion functional ink prepared by adopting the hyperdispersant and the negative ion material has the advantages of good dispersion property and high stability. When the negative ion functional ink is used for preparing a negative ion functional ceramic brick, the addition quantity of the negative ion material can be greatly reduced, and the production cost can be reduced; the negative ion functional ink and a glazed surface are good in compatibility, the defects of the glazed surface such as cracking, pinholes and glaze crawling can be avoided in the production process of the negative ion functional ceramic brick, raw materials can be saved, and the production efficiency is high.
