The invention discloses a state monitoring system for a transformer and a GIS (gas insulated switchgear) in a transformer substation, which comprises the transformer, a plurality of first intelligent electronic devices, the GIS, a plurality of second intelligent electronic devices, a switch and an upper computer, the first intelligent electronic devices are connected with the transformer, the second intelligent electronic devices are connected with the GIS, the switch is respectively connected with each first intelligent electronic device and each second intelligent electronic device, and the upper computer is connected with the switch; each first intelligent electronic device comprises a first sensor, a first filter, a first signal amplifier, a first A/D (analog-to-digital) converter, a DSP (digital signal processor), a first FPGA (field programmable gate array), a first power supply and a first RAM (random access memory); and each second intelligent electronic device comprises a second sensor, a second filter, a second signal amplifier, a second A/D converter, an MCU (microprogrammed control unit), a second FPGA, a second power supply and a second RAM. By filtering, amplifying and processing acquired signals in other ways, the state monitoring system prevents acquired signal loss and incorrect results caused by electromagnetic interference.
