Phonemicization (method) of transaction information record and automated dispatch of information using wireless network

PURPOSE: A method for automatically converting transactions information data into a voice and automatically calling by using a mobile communication network is provided to allow a business provider to prevent an illegal use with respect to transactions. CONSTITUTION: When a user purchases goods or uses a service and pays through a credit card in a credit card affiliate(S10), the payment information of the credit card is transferred to a credit card company through a VAN. The credit card company searches a previously registered information DB of the user to extract information on a mobile phone of the user and transfers card authentication particulars and the mobile phone information of the user to a VSMS reception server. The card authentication particulars of the user are converted into voice data through a TTS of the VSMS. When a VSMS transmission server dials to the mobile phone number of the user, the converted information is transferred to the mobile phone of the user.
