Humor of Shen Congwen' s Plays

Shen Congwen is a distinguished writer in modern Chinese literature history.He created some pieces of dramatic works at the very beginning of his literary writing.Due to the early date and the small percentage in his whole literary writings,these plays are easily forgotten by people.Nevertheless,they have unique artistic charm.In this paper,the author discusses the aesthetic value of humor displayed in Shen Congwen' s plays from the presentation strategy,reasonable interest and the causes of humor.
