The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of childcare efficacy and job satisfaction of infant teachers on interaction between teachers and infants, and to prepare a plan to improve healthy growth and development of infants and the quality of childcare through positive interaction between teachers and infants, The independent variables were child care efficacy and job satisfaction of infant teachers and the dependent variables were interaction between infants and teachers. The results of analyzing the effects of job satisfaction of childcare teachers on interaction between teachers and infants showed that childcare efficacy and job satisfaction had a positive effect on interaction between teachers and infants. The results of this study confirmed that childcare efficacy of childcare teachers can improve the level of interaction between teachers and infants through job satisfaction.
