Optimal Dispatching of CCHP-based Microgrid under Island Operation Mode

This paper proposes a stratified real-time coordination and optimization scheduling method for the combined cooling, heating and power (CCHP)-based microgrid under island mode, which aims at maximizing the energy utilization rate of gas generator. Taking priority to meet the grid’s electrical load, the island operation dispatching strategy of the wind-photovoltaic-battery system is established as the upper-level dispatching layer, and the real-time electric energy dispatching scheme is determined according to the net electric load, battery status and gas turbine power adjustment limit during the dispatch period. To satisfy the cold/thermal load of the microgrid to the maximum extent, an island operation dispatching strategy of the CCHP system was formulated as the lower-level dispatching layer. The simulation and analysis conducted in an industrial park have verified the feasibility and effectiveness of the strategy.
