Effects of low temperature stress on physiological indices of rice.

The booting stage leaves of rice variety Ganxin 203 were used to study the activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD),catalase(CAT) and peroxidase(POD),and the change of their cell membrane permeability on the 0th day,2nd day and 4th day after low temperature treatment.The results showed that the activities of these three protective enzymes and the relative conductivity increased after low temperature stress.The effect of low temperature stress on Ganxin 203 was great.
