Emissioni da combustione di biodiesel in una caldaia da riscaldamento

1994
The paper examines the results of some combustion tests performed on a boiler of a hot water central heating system. The tested fuel, known as «biodiesel», is a methyl ester produced from vegetable oils through a transesterification reaction. The aim of the tests was the comparison between the biodiesel emissions and the gasoil ones, when burning at the same operating conditions. Even though the results of the tests don't allow to draw a conclusion, they put the bases and highlighted some themes for future experimentation
