Les oestroprogestatifs dans le traitement de l'angiodysplasie du sujet âgé

We report the case of a 91 years old woman suffering from chronic gastrointestinal tract bleeding, treated with one unit of red cells per week during six months. After beginning of oestrogen progesteron therapy, no more transfusion was necessary, and no side effects were observed.
