By adopting the design that the oil cylinders and the pull plates are symmetrically arranged, the oil cylinders and the pull plates on the two sides are enabled to act simultaneously through the guide sliding block, force stressed on the two sides of the grab bucket is even, the action synchronous rates of the two pieces of half hopper bodies are high, and the hopper body is enabled to be tightly closed finally.
