EVALUASI KELAYAKAN TERHADAP TINGKAT KEPUASAN PENGGUNA JASA DAN KINERJA JALAN SEKITAR STASIUN KERETA API JEMBER (DAOP IX)

Railway station infrastructure is a special transportation infrastructure or separated from other land transportation network systems. Jember Station is a class Istation that is included in the Regional Operations IX Jember and is the administrative center of the Regional Operations IX. At the train station in improving services needed a good layout or facilities. The purpose of this study was to determine the satisfaction of user sof Jember Station and determine the performance of the roads around Jember Station. In this study, to determine the performance of roads around the Jember station that is by using them et hod of observation and calculation analysis, while to determinethe leve lof satisfaction of users of the Jember station using the Quality Service Questionnaire method. The quality of the existing facilities in the Questionnaire is nothing more than a value of 1 that indicates that all facilities have poor quality. In the hypothesis test that uses the z test overall the facilities included in the category are significantly different from Ztable 5%or 1.96 and 1%or 2.57.
