The invention discloses a wind-gathering photovoltaic power generation system of a base station. The wind-gathering photovoltaic power generation system comprises a solar power generation system and a wind power generation system, wherein the wind power generation system comprises a stator fixed with a supporting rod of the base station, and a rotor which sleeves the outer side of the stator and rotates around the stator; the axial direction of the rotor is the same as that of the supporting rod; two or more wind-gathering parts circumferentially and uniformly distributed along the rotor are fixedly connected to the outer side of the rotor and driven by wind to drive the rotor to rotate; the solar power generation system comprises a bracket fixedly connected to the supporting rod below the rotor; two or more solar cell panels are fixed on the outer side surface of the bracket. According to the wind-gathering photovoltaic power generation system, the wind power generation and the photovoltaic power generation can be realized, and the electricity utilization requirements of the base station can be met, so that the working state of the base station can be smoothly kept; moreover, an upper wind guide part and a lower wind guide part are arranged, so that the wind-gathering effect is relatively good and the sensitivity is relatively high due to wind power driving.
