Effects of Vincristine on the Expression of Glutathion Transfer Enzyme(GST_π)in Human Gastric Cancer Cells

Objective To study the killing function to person's gastric cancer cells and the expressions of GSTπ with vincristine.Methods As person's gastric cancer cells being educated,vincristine for junction were injected to educate continuously for 5 h or 10 h,then the person's gastric cancer cells were observed under optical microscope and transmission electron microscope,and stained with immunohistochemical method.Results The configuration was aberrant and the cell organs were seriously destroyed in the group for 10 hours.The changes of position and ash degree were exited in expression of GSTπ,and was the most obvious in nucleas.Conclusion The killing function to gastric cancer cells and the expression of GSTπ with vincristine has a significant relation to the acting time.
