The authors have made the development and ex perimental clinical testing of a new model of capsule tension ring (CTR) with elements of PHIOL fixation. The principle of PHIOL fixation in the CTR, the au thor’s model and proposed method of CTR and PHIOL implantation are effective and safe, it makes their ap plication feasible to prevent decentration and IOL re positioning.
