Strength Quality Evaluation Model Research of Male Excellent Aerobic Athlete

The research objects are the man competitive aerobics athletes from Guangzhou Physical Education Institute in recent years.Through the literature review,experimental method and mathematical statistics,this paper establishes an effective man competitive aerobics athlete strength quality evaluation model.The results show that: power quality indexes of excellent athlete can be divided into bounce,support,back and bell three factors.
