PENGARUH PEMBERIAAN JUS BELIMBING TERHADAP TEKANAN DARAH PADA PENDERITA HIPERTENSI DI WILAYAH KERJA PUSKESMAS LUBUK BUAYA PADANG

ABSTRAK Berdasarkan data dari dinas kesehatan kota padang tahun 2019. Mengatakaan bahwa penderita hipertensi yang di Puskesmas Lubuk Buaya Padang berjumlah 11,868 orang. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberiaan jus Belimbing terhadap tekanan darah pada penderita hipertensi di wilayah kerja puskesmas lubuk buaya Padang Tahun2020. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah quasy Experiment dengan desain one grup pretes postes. penelitian ini dilakukan pada tanggal 18 September s/d 24 September tahun 2020. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan memberikan perlakuan intervensi jus belimbing. Populasi aadalah seluruh penderita hipertensi yaang berjumlah 364 dengan jumlah sampel 5 orang intervensi dengan teknik puposive sampling . Pengumpulan data menggunakan tensi meter digital  dan lembar observasi. Uji statistik menggunakan uji paired t-test.  Didapatkan hasil tekanan darah pretest yaitu 156,49/ 103,40 mmHg dan tekanan darah postest 137,80/87,40 mmHg. Hasil uji paired t-test didapatkan p value 0,002 pada tekanan darah sistole dan p value 0,001 pada tekanan darah diastole maka H a diterima. Kesimpulan dari hasil penelitian ini adalah ada penagruh pemberian jus belimbing terhadap tekanan darah penderita hipertensi di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Lubuk Buaya Padang Tahun 2020. Saran peneliti adalah disaran bagi pihak Puskesmas untuk melakukan pengobatan non farmakologi dan dengan pemberian jus belimbing pada penderita hipertensi. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of giving starfruit juice on blood pressure in hypertensive patients in the work area of Lubuk Crocodile Health Center, Padang in 2020. The type of research used is Quasy Experiment with one group pretest posttest design. This research was conducted on 18 September to 24 September 2020. This research was conducted by giving star fruit juice intervention treatment. The population is all hypertension sufferers totaling 364 with a total sample of 5 people with intervention using purposive sampling technique. Data collection used digital tension meter and observation sheet. Statistical test using paired t-test. The results showed that the pretest blood pressure was 156.49 / 103.40 mmHg and the postest blood pressure was 137.80 / 87.40 mmHg. The paired t-test results obtained p value 0.002 for systolic blood pressure and p value 0.001 for diastolic blood pressure, so Ha is accepted. The conclusion from the results of this study is that there is an influence of giving star fruit juice to the blood pressure of hypertensive patients in the Lubuk Buaya Padang Public Health Center in 2020. Researcher's suggestion is for the Health center to carry out non-pharmacological treatment and by giving star fruit juice to hypertensive patients.
