Modélisation des activités et des processus des systèmes de production : une approche interdisciplinaire

This paper uses activity and process as unifying objets in production system analysis. Three types of processes or activities are distingued with regard to human intervention: structured, sub-structured and unstructuted. Our analysis combine automatic control, management and a human sciences point of view; more specifically, this paper proposes a modeling of sub-structured processes which integrate information flow, performance and competence. This modeling approach is illustrated by an industrial case.
