Hubungan Gangguan Pendengaran akibat Bising dengan Lamanya Masa Kerja pada Pekerja PT. X Bagian Mesin Garuk di Majalaya pada Tahun 2019

Abstract. Noise induced hearing loss is a sensorineural hearing loss type, it’s caused by high intensity and long exposure of noise exceeds the threshold value. Noise induced hearing loss often occurs in workers, usually in factory workers that use machines for production. In 2012, WHO found that incidence of hearing loss in Southeast Asia was 180 million people and Indonesia in the rank 4 th . The purpose of this study was to look at the correlation between working period and noise induced hearing loss in the scratching machine section of PT. X in Majalaya 2019. This research is an observational analytic study with cross sectional method. The number of research subjects were 49 workers of scratching machine parts who had sound intensity >85dB taken by total sampling. Data analysis was performed using the Mann Whitney Test conducted with the SPSS program. The results showed that the most workers are in the working period 85dB yang diambil dengan cara total sampling . Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan Uji T dibantu dengan program SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa distribusi masa kerja pada pekerja PT.X bagian mesin garuk terbanyak adalah 10 tahun tidak merata distribusinya, sedangkan gangguan pendengaran akibat bising dapat terjadi jika sudah paparan lama ± 10 tahun.
