RhG-CSF inhibits inflammatory reaction of brain tissues in senescence accelerated mouse P10

2009
Objective To observe the effects of rhG-CSF on the inhibition of the inflammatory response of senescence accelerated mouse P10 (SAMP10). Methods Forty-eight SAMP10 were randomly divided into the control group and the rhG-CSF group. Mice in the rhG-CSF group were subcutaneously subjected to 100 μg/(kg·d) rhG-CSF for 7 days, while mice in the control group were subjected to normal saline. Expressions of TNF-α and iNOS were determined by immunofluorescence on the 7th,14th,28th,and 56th day after administration. The percentage, area and density of the TNF-α positive cells and iNOS positive cells were analyzed by Image-pro Plus software. Results Compared with the control group, the percentage, area and density of the TNF-α positive cells and iNOS positive cells significantly declined in the rhG-CSF group. Conclusion RhG-CSF can significantly inhibit the inflammatory response of SAMP10.
