Isolation and functional identification of whole cells

The invention relates to a method for isolating a target cell in which the target cell is contacted with a capture compound, comprising a selective binding to the cell surface, small molecule residue and a marking function with a to bind the capture compound to a second surface suitable group or a bound second surface or has a dye residue and is in an isolation step isolated by binding to a second surface and subsequent separation of the surface from the environment or by fluorescence-activated cell sorting of the cell. Furthermore, the invention relates to a fiber material for carrying out the inventive method.
