中国大学的出路：精神回归还是制度建构－兼论大学精神“回归”说

In recent years, our education has a popular view that China's universities have a breakthrough of their bottom line and the university spirit is languishing. According to this view, attaining university autonomy and academic freedom and professor managing and letting the university spirit ”return” is now the urgent matter. This view is worth discussing. In the course of development, domestic and international universities and colleges spirit proves that with the development of society, universities have become more and more on the society, not independent on the society. And furthermore, the development of late-development exogenous type characteristic also decided the Chinese universities can't repeat the spirit ”return” way. Therefore, only reposition relations of universities and government, universities and social relations and constructing unique ”China characteristics” of modern university system in our country can save China's university spirit.
